Job Details Job Id: 4760 Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Location: Ocala, FL Travel: NoneJob Summary Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team.Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Manage warehouse production, staffing, performance, schedules, and inventory levels.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the warehouse.
• Make recommendations to reduce expenses and control costs.
• Effectively schedule working shifts, leveraging manpower and minimizing costs.
• Coordinate the movement of products throughout the warehouse including timely receiving, storage, selection and shipment.
• Implement daily production and shipping plan.
• Manage daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
• Identify sources of shrinkage and assist in prevention.
• Effectively lead and delegate to warehouse associates.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates including coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Discuss performance with associates.
• Monitor accuracy and productivity including reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement process.
• Ensure safety of team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area, regularly inspect for hazards, and maintain the physical condition of the warehouse including its equipment.
• Must be able to work in all types of temperatures.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and work consistently with all food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.
• SAP and AS400 experience preferred but not required.
• Prior warehouse supervisory experience is required.
• Requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
