Along our journey to modernize medical affairs, we have been awarded new business with a substantial Medical Affairs organization within a large manufacturer who consolidated their medical affairs activities across a multi-brand and multi-therapeutic portfolio. We are seeking passionate medical affairs professionals across disciplines who can execute the basics brilliantly while also helping to build a new way of educating and championing the science that fuels medical impact.
THE ROLE
The Senior Medical Writer will be responsible for the conception and execution of innovative print and digital materials designed to educate healthcare professionals on current and emerging therapeutics and will work across multiple therapeutic areas. The role sits within the Medical Communications department and reports into a senior manager on the medical team. Potential Med Affairs and Commercial projects to be worked on include field resources (decks, 1-pagers, etc.), peer-to-peer presentations and speaker training programs, advisory board meetings and executive summaries, congress materials and booth displays, congress competitive intelligence reports, and sales rep-delivered promotional materials. [JL1] [DK2]Must have strong writing skills with experience translating complex concepts into well-crafted content and performing literature searches. This person will be responsible for helping to shape the tactical execution of our client’s programs and offering unique solutions to challenges. This person will also be responsible for contributing to tactical recommendations that align to either medical or commercial strategic imperatives and overall client business objectives.
