DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic and influential role in shaping impactful Salesforce solutions for a wide-ranging client portfolio. As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator , you will be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions-enhancing platform functionality, optimizing workflows, and driving user adoption across the organization.

In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to align Salesforce with evolving business requirements, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure a seamless, scalable user experience. We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong blend of analytical insight, process improvement expertise, and hands-on Salesforce administration skills to help elevate our Salesforce ecosystem and deliver measurable value.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions with clients to understand their business, functional, and technical needs.
  • Synthesize requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories and solution documentation for Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements, proposing optimized solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Design and implement Salesforce configurations, custom development, and integrations with third-party systems (Salesforce and Managed Packages).
  • Develop and manage business process automation using tools like Flows.
  • Create and implement scalable data models, ensuring accurate data management and integration with external systems.
  • Oversee the health and governance of the Salesforce instance, ensuring compliance with best practices, security protocols, and data integrity.
  • Manage user administration, security settings, workflow automation, and process updates to enhance system performance and user adoption.
  • Provide training and develop training materials to ensure successful Salesforce adoption across teams.
  • Support the migration of data from third-party systems to Salesforce and the management of integrations between Salesforce and other business technologies.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to enhance workflows and streamline processes across the organization.
  • Respond to helpdesk and support requests, troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues.
  • Drive continuous improvements in Salesforce functionalities to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Work with leadership to manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst, or related role.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) required; Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification preferred.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and using tools like Analytics Studio or Tableau (preferred but not required).
  • Strong experience in business process definition, reengineering, and requirements gathering.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce's core functionalities and best practices for configuration and customization.
  • Experience designing or managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail in project execution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system performance and optimal user experience.
  • A proactive and flexible mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
