Job Description

Communicating with candidates after the interviews and discussing the results.
Mediating negotiations between candidates and employers regarding salary, training and career advancement.
Constantly reviewing and improving the recruitment strategies to ensure a higher rate of proposed candidates that get hired by the company. 1. Working with the company to understand the requirements and create recruitment strategies accordingly.

Apply diverse and flexible methods to find suitable candidates for the open position and contact them to interview, to test for long-term cooperation.
Perform extensive research on the candidates, such as their working experience, competence and so on.
