Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the global communications strategy for Apple's sports initiatives, which include MLS Season Pass, Friday Night Baseball, and the Apple Sports iPhone app. Collaborating with the worldwide PR team, you will help to build and implement global launches and news announcements, lead initiatives across the ecosystem, identify and manage issues in continuous news cycles, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and engage third-party partners. This position requires a proactive, flexible individual with excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Candidates should have strong media relations skills and relationships, experience working with Hispanic media and social influencers across the sports landscape, proven experiences managing launches and experiential activations, navigating crisis communications, and driving momentum across various initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in public relations.

  • A strong understanding of the shifting and complex media landscape.

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
