A top cannabis production company is looking to add a Master Grower to their team. Due to the recent growth there is an opportunity for a Master Grower to join a team of highly motivated staff.

Master Grower Functions:

* Oversee a team of highly motivated staff
* Develop and document standing operating procedures
* Oversee day to day operations of crop cycles
* Develop and implement a cultivation plan
* Managing budget to ensure production targets are met.
* manage inventory of cannabis production such as equipment and HVAC systems.

Master Grower Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, horticulture, or related field
* Thorough understanding of Michigan Medical Cannabis Laws and regulations
* 5+ years of experience leading a team
* Strong understanding of plant diseases, insects, fungai, as well as treatment options.
* willingness to stay on top of current production and harvesting trends.
