Marketing Director Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years in a B2B marketing leadership role, ideally within restaurant equipment, food service, or similar sectors.
  • E-commerce experience with a solid grasp of marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital advertising tools.
  • Skilled in data analysis and using KPIs to guide decision-making and refine campaigns.
  • Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in content creation and storytelling.
  • Lead and manage multichannel marketing campaigns—digital, email, content, and events—to drive lead generation and enhance brand presence.
  • Craft and implement strategic marketing plans that increase brand awareness, engage core audiences, and support sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to shape strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging.
  • Oversee digital platforms, social media, and online ads to maintain a strong digital footprint and increase lead generation.
