Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our new creative team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers and marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Create visually appealing and effective designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website graphics
  • Ensure all designs are in line with company branding and style guidelines
  • Use design software and tools to create high-quality designs
  • Present design concepts and ideas to senior designers and marketing team for feedback and approval
  • Make necessary revisions and edits based on feedback
  • Prepare final designs for print or digital publication
  • Stay updated on design trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills and techniques
  • Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines for design deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting
  • Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of print and digital design best practices
  • Understanding of branding and style guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs and guidelines
