Major Essential Duties: Automotive dealership with a robust technology infrastructure supports devices including Windows computers and servers, iPads, tablets, WIFI access points, etc. In this role, your day-to-day job duties will vary and you will be exposed to different technologies and processes regularly. This role supports a wide range of end users and technology ranging from the client-side, server-based, networking, security, software, hardware, and everything in between. Assist with a wide range of IT-related issues which could be different from day to day and may include:

• Client/server support
• Network maintenance support
• Security based support
• WIFI support
• Handles IS issues through recognition, research, isolation, escalation, resolution and follow-up for customer computer issues (desk-side and remote), working with other team members to resolve more complex problems.
• Maintains a complete and detailed history of customer work requests in the company ticket management system.
• Updates asset inventory in a timely manner.
• All other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Anti-virus, anti-spamming and anti-spyware software experience;
• Experience with call center ticketing and system ticket entry and reporting;
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Experience working with Windows-based technologies, Chrome OS and Apple
• Understand security applications on client computers and basic firewall configurations
• Ability to work confidently and securely with sensitive/confidential data
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Customer service oriented
