Job Title: Gen AI Engineer

Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of experience

• 8 + years of experience with agile practices
• Hands on experience in Java and Oops concepts
• Develop and fine-tune generative AI models using Amazon Bedrock and other AWS services.
• Implement prompt optimization techniques to enhance model performance.
• Utilize chunking and embedding strategies to improve data processing and model accuracy.
• Integrate Amazon Kendra for intelligent search and data retrieval.
• Ensure seamless integration with OpenSearch for efficient data indexing and querying.
• Manage and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.
• Evaluate the outputs of large language models (LLMs) for factual accuracy and relevance.
• Familiarity with JIRA and OpenSearch integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Top 3 skills required for this role

• Gen AI concepts - RAG, Vector DB, Graph DB, Chunking
• Good in large language models (LLMs)
• AWS Services (Amazon Bedrock, Kendra, OpenSearch, etc.)

Additional Information:

• Candidate is responsible for handling the Gen AI initiatives along with automation hands on.
• Should be able to work with offshore as well.
