The Opportunity
As part of the Anti Money Laundering team you are expected to engage in compliance-related consulting engagements. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining elevated standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • ACAMs/ACFCS and/or CRCM
  • Knowledge of US, EU, UK Sanctions and AML laws
  • Understanding of banking products and services
  • Experience with banking processes and transactional flows
  • Proficiency in financial crimes compliance
  • Ability to develop and assess compliance programs
  • Experience with sanctions screening and transaction monitoring
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Clear communication with clients and internal staff

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
