Position : Estimating and Bidding Construction Manager

Working Schedule : 8a-5p CST (Flexible and can be discussed if another shift is needed)

Salary Range :$2,000-$2500 USD (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

 

Role Overview:

As the Estimating & Bidding Construction Manager, you will be the first team member dedicated exclusively to pricing and project acquisition, making this role a vital part of the company’s growth. With some large national programs recently concluding, this is an exciting opportunity to build a fresh foundation for success.

Your leadership will play a key role in creating structured and efficient procedures for estimating, project coordination, and resource management, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Bidding & Estimating

• Read, annotate, and personally bid on project plans without outsourcing pricing to subcontractors.
• Specialize in framing, drywall, and finishing (required); concrete (preferred).
• Bid across multiple trades, including demolition, trenching, painting, FRP, ACT, and carpentry.
• Use local market knowledge to ensure accurate pricing and competitive bids.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
• Track bid submissions and follow up with clients for feedback.
• Analyze project costs post-completion and report findings to the CEO and COO.

Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify new clients, opportunities, and partnerships to drive business growth.
• Reach out to General Contractors in Little Rock (AR), Atlanta (GA), and Houston (TX), as well as national roll-out program GCs.
• Plan ahead to maintain a steady work volume year-round.

Marketing & Outreach

• Manage digital marketing, including advertising, email campaigns, and social media.
• Improve online presence—possibly revamp the company website (Wix) and create an Instagram page.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead.

Performance & Optimization

• Analyze bid performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing and other strategies to improve results.
• Assist working teams with material acquisition when needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a growth marketing or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience working in a US-based company
• 3+ years of experience in Plan Hub, Building Connected, or a similar tool.
• 3+ years of experience under one company
• Proficiency in digital reporting tools and platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, QuickBooks, analytics tools). 
• Building relationships with potential clients via proper communication channels. 
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

Preferred:

• Experience working in Houston, Texas || Atlanta, GA || Little Rock, Arkansas || national rollout programs.
