Piccadilly Grace Hospitality Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to oversee email, website, social media and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and strategies, plus social media and content creation. This role plays a crucial part in developing the strategies and systems used to manage customer interactions throughout the customer lifecycle.

Piccadilly Grace Hospitality Group is a hospitality company founded by Linda Grace. We are a small company currently operating two fast casual cafes and a catering service.

PGHG is transforming into a leading force in the hospitality industry, establishing renowned brands with a distinct style and exceptional culinary talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Create personalized email marketing campaigns based on customer data and insights.
• Create eye-catching posts, engaging reels, and compelling stories to enhance our online presence.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase our restaurant experience.
• Create and implement a lead generation strategy 
• Analyze guest data to understand preferences and trends, and use these insights to refine marketing strategies and improve guest experiences.
• Track and measure campaign performance, adjusting tactics based on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on the latest hospitality technology trends and innovations to keep CRM strategy current
• Work closely with our website, delivery app, social media platforms to ensure objectives and strategies are clearly communicated and aligned.
• Own and report on Google Analytics platforms
• Report on website, email and social campaign performance, incorporating external actions into reports 
• Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction; social posts, email marketing
• Support the website user experience evolving it to adapt to the guest experience.
• Leverage SEO across all brands.
