Position Title : Creator Success Intern

Location: US-Remote

Role Type: Internship: 3 Months, 40 hours/week

About the role

A Creator Success Intern at LTK will play a key role in shaping the LTK experience by sourcing and curating top-performing Creator video content for the platform. This role is perfect for someone who is obsessed with social media trends, vlogs, and influencer culture—someone who loves watching content, discovering new talent, and analyzing what’s performing.

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in content strategy, data analysis, and influencer marketing while working closely with our Creator Success and Product teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to creative initiatives and new video verticals that enhance the consumer experience.

How you will make an impact

• Watch and curate video content to ensure high-quality, engaging Creator content is surfaced.
• Source trending content and identify top Creator talent that aligns with LTK’s brand.
• Analyze video feeds for quality control and optimize the Watch Tab experience.
• Track performance data to identify trends and opportunities for platform growth.
• Brainstorm new video verticals that might interest consumers and increase engagement.

What you will bring to LTK

• Deep knowledge of social media trends (LTK, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube vlogs, etc.).
• Experience with video editing platforms such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or iMovie
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Previous internship or work experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
• Experience posting and managing content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube
• Passion for Creators and influencer culture—you’re always the first to discover rising stars.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure content quality meets LTK standards.
• Highly organized and able to manage repetitive tasks with efficiency.
• Creative mindset to contribute fresh ideas and insights on video content strategy.
• Basic understanding of data tracking and performance metrics in digital media.
• Data analysis skills using tools like Google Analytics or social media insights dashboards
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms or working with creators is a plus
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback
