Are you an organized, compassionate professional with a passion for client care and smooth clinical operations? We’re looking for a Clinical Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face at our front desk and a key support to our clinical team.
What You’ll Do:
The Clinical Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for working the front desk and ensuring the responsibilities and tasks of the front desk are completed; this staff person may need to coordinate with other staff to complete the duties periodically. This is the first point of contact for individuals attending appointments or arriving at the location to address needs. This position will be on-site. Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm, Friday 9:00am-1:00pm.
How You’ll Benefit:
You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your experience which is between $15.00-$19.00 ( depending on your experience).
