Contact Center Customer Service Reps in Augusta

Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: M-F Days
Location: Onsite in Augusta, Maine

Duties:

• Performing over-the-phone customer service
• Accurately completing volume data entry
• Supporting large-scale departmental projects & initiatives
• Researching and gathering documentation necessary to complete files

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Prior successful contact center experience
• Ability to work on dual monitors while navigating different systems
• Professional & courteous demeanor
• High school diploma/equivalent or above
