Job Description

A non-profit organization is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Receptionist to join their team! This individual will be working at the organization’s mobile clinic which will have rotating locations around the Santa Barbara/Goleta area.

Pay: $19-$20 an hour
Location: On-site in Santa Barbara/Goleta; Training will be fully on-site; Work from home on Monday’s after training is complete.
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8am-5pm

Job Duties:
• Provide administrative and operational support for local and mobile clinics
• Schedule and confirm appointments; serve as a patient liaison and interpreter when needed
• Assist with patient care, EHR data entry, glasses fitting, and clinic logistics
• Represent the non-profit at health fairs and community events
• Track program data, assist with audits, and order supplies

Qualifications:
-Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
-1-2 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk/admin assistant, preferred
