il Buco al Mare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Barista for VITA, our year-round coffee shop in the Hamptons.
The ideal candidate is a self-described team player with a deep passion for the food and beverage industry. You strive to create memorable experiences for our guests and can effectively collaborate with your team. You are committed to fostering a positive environment for both guests and coworkers. Prior barista experience is required, along with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Please note that proven 1 year experience in a coffee shop is required.
