Our BoBaPOP Baristas are the intrinsic details that separate an excellent drink from an average one. Each team member ensures each and every customer's order is prepared correctly and promptly. We are searching for those with some baristas or similar food/drinks service experience, plus an amazing personality to add to our team! Full and Part Time available. Plus, staff gets free boba all day long! ;)

BoBaPoP Tea Bar is locally owned and operated, with an emphasis on treating each other well, working hard, and taking pride in each drink.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcomes customers and make quality drinks consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Follows BoBaPoP's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety, and security.
• Maintains a clean and organized kitchen and shop so that other team members can locate resources and products as needed.
• Communicates information to the manager to ensure a quality work environment.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Most Wanted :

• Demonstrates consistently great work ethics and integrity is everything!
• Restaurant experience is plus.
• Bilingual English, Spanish, Armenian are helpful
• Reliable transportation.
• Possess/Obtain allergen certification & food handler certification.
• Optimistic, personable, and enjoy engaging with others. A sense of humor is a plus.
• Passionate about bubble tea isn't required, but passionate about A+ customer service is. Awesomely positive attitudes are always wanted.
• Maintains scheduling commitments.

Compensation:

• Depending on experience.
