Automobile Sales Call Rep. NO cold calls Location Westbury, NY :

We are looking for a Call Representative looking to excel in our company! If you are driven, excited, and ready to earn then this is a position that will fit you. Prior automobile dealership or BDC experience is required.

There are no cold calls, every person that you will speak with is a hand raiser looking to buy or sell their vehicle.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing Outbound calls, texts, and emails with clients
• Ability to adapt, learn, and balance the understanding of different products
• Setting appointments
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Actively participate in staff meetings, coaching sessions, and on-going training
• Assist with training and coaching of new staff*

Qualifications:

• Previous auto dealership experience in a customer support role like the BDC department is required.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Minimum high school diploma/GED
• Able to work weekends including Sunday if needed.
• Open to learning new methodologies and apply to work environment*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
